Major expansion of industrial site

Plaxton Park Industrial Estate lies approximately 5 miles to the south of Scarborough town centre, to the east of Scarborough Business Park.

O'Neill Associates obtained outline planning permission for the expansion of the industrial estate onto adjoining land to the south.The expansion site covers 17.8 hectares to accommodate 25,000 m² of new employment floorspace, comprising a mix of B1, B2 and B8 uses.

Alongside the neighbouring business park, the expansion of the industrial estate will establish this part of the Borough as the primary employment area for Scarborough.
